Take a bow DWV technician William, as he beat over 80 hardworking DWV employees to earn the title of Tech of the Year!
William, who has worked for DWV for over two years, produced sterling performances each month, winning Tech of the Month on four occasions in the year.

General Manager Ross Proudfoot said: “The way William manages himself is faultless, and his customer-facing skills are second to none. He is very polite, chatty, and helpful – customers say he can’t do enough for them.
“We appreciate everything he does; the way he manages himself and sorts out problems is always to a high standard. Each month we look at the tech’s performances, and William is at the top or very close to the top.”
William will now receive a personalised uniform with Tech of the Year emblazoned on it, along with a box of beer and a magnum of red wine.
